yesterday was TIMOTHY TAN"S BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION AT THE FUCKING UBER NICE SENTOSA COVE!! also known as the "place for rich people who have boats". haha! happy fucking 18th man it was real fun (: and to ee-ling, happy advanced birthday! i puked real bad after reaching home yesterday.. from all the absolut pear/vanilla me and mr killer-bassist shawnlau drank haha. hope everyone else had fun there!

it actually turned out to be quite a fufilling cny for a few reasons..
1) Met the greatest gang in the whole wide world ( cribs and bloods, im not talking about you) yesterday, THE SIMPANGS!! Julia included (: All of them headed over to my humble crib except jonathan ):. Rachel, Melody, Angeline and Rebecca wong was where too! great alcohol-less company last night (: played hell loads of mahjong and black jack and some retarded dumb game called in between which i won 3 bucks in like 1 minute! Chester and yunsong had their fun.. hehe. I have a picture of them STONING on my couch, captures everything man!
2) MONEY HAS BEEN COMING IN LIKE NO BODIES BUSINESS! screw the financial crisis i finally realised how generous my relatives are. yes i see some of you once a year only but thanks for making this the most profitable CNY ever! (: (: (: HAHAH SHIT I SOUND DAMN SPOLIT!!
3) Grandma (s) are still doing great! Remaining grandma is fine too (: and my cousin who had a stroke at the age of 32 is doing fine as well (: get well soon!

just woke up at 4, and for once in a long time.. i feel grateful for certain things that i have. materialistic things, friendships, goals that i have set, my "improving" attitude in school haha. still gotta work on that last one though.
and jesus i need to play the guitar soon, MOTHER WHERE IS MY STRINGS UGH. she forgot to buy them for like the past 5 days! i havent played in like 1-2 weeks i think, shit im gonna suck so bad.
despite the lack of concentration and lack of stamina ( surprise? HAHA) in the second half we still held on aww. thank god i wasnt penalised for any of my "fair" plays hehehe. sneaky sneaky!

corey talyor from slipknot is going to start working on a solo album after the 2009 "all hope is gone" tour. according to www.ultimate-guitar.com, theres a little bit of everything, country, hard rock n roll, metal and basically stuff that would never fit into slipknot or stone sour. i totally respect him for that and i applaud his balls because he actually appreciates music for what it is. he doesnt play down top 40 hits, "sell-out" music, or other genres not like some other people who i personally know. he is actually a real MUSICIAN. its something that i wish i could be one day. i dont want to stick to metal my whole life, i appreciate and listen to the radio hits. hey hip-hop and rap can be nice, so can country, blues, jazz, ballads whatever..
so point is, dont tell me im a fucking sell-out. you can go with your bestie in your little corner and play whatever hardcore songs you guys wanna play, or start a new band and get a new name or whatever. you can get arrogant and act big and tough in front of me. i wont retaliate, im not that person anymore. so ill just write whatever songs i want and hopefully, you will like it. so what if its about emotional experience and not about fighting a beast/ reading the black bible/blood/gore/sucking dick whatever. i hope people can appreciate it. it should be done soon, once i get the m-audio firefox from jiawei i can put it down. damn
i had alot of fun today and hopefully, ill have fun for most of the remaining few months under the really intense education system in singapore hehe.
i just gave a really pathetic shot at the chemistry holiday homework. gave up after 8questions dammit. i cant remember shit from promos man and its only mcq questions wtf. TIME TO WAKE UP!!
on a side note, gravitation was good (: training at ccab tomorrow till late omggg i hope i get a free day soon and then i can relax and attempt the chemistry homework again hehe.

celebrating 2009 was fun! i was lucky enough to have 3 very fucking cool groups of people to celebrate it with me. my family, SIMPANG (RULEZX)and vj hockey.
had a nice cosy dinner with my family at foo's house in simpang, saw someone which i didnt want and never want to see ever again. cuntface lol.
then headed off to JONNY's HOUSE for another wonderful meal! this time it was STEAMBOAT OMG!! really fun had a great time with the guys bren, ky and br enjoy china!!
phew i was already tired then but headed off to clark quay to meet the hockey people. luckily i didnt pay to get in ($25 omg!)we just sat at hooters( :O ) and played fun/retarded drinking games hehe. saw the trackers and boonyew! hahaha and the fireworks were great, just like last year. thats 2 consecutive new years that ive celebrated along clark quay already!
drank a little (lol) more slacked along the river with these people that i never really were close too. but i had alot of fun and i think everyone else did too! reached home around 7.30 lol slept immediately. and to those of you who are wondering, OF COURSE I BATHED LOL.

2008 was a year of...
change.
new school, new environment, new friends. and next year ill be heading to the army to be a public servant haha. seems just like yesterday when i was at clark quay with jonathan and chester welcoming 2008. im sure all 3 of us were all eagerly anticipating our new lives in junior colleges. but it hasnt been all that rosy. ive met characters that i wish i didnt meet, people have come and gone more than ever this year. i joined a new cca for the first time since i was in primary 2. the band has been fuckign fun and we've had an EXCELLENT YEAR! the dudes at simpang have been great, true and fucking sincere friends which in this two-faced, hypocritical, fucked up place we call earth is hard to find so i am thankful to each and every single one of them.
but to the people ive drifted away from.. i choose not to be sad but instead be happy because i have learnt something from each one of you. from one, i learnt how to live my life positively, not to complain so much and be so paranoid and not to be timid. from another i learnt to fight for whatever i really want. i am appreciative of you as well and i hope its all good in 2009.
